Acceptance
By creating an account or using Manage Deals you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Manage Deals provides a workspace for managing brand deal pipelines including inbound tracking, kanban pipelines, tasks, calendar, finance, contracts, invoices, and the Ask Pipe AI assistant. We reserve the right to add, change, or remove features with reasonable notice.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Manage Deals.
Acceptable use
You may not use Manage Deals to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or resell the service without our written consent. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Payment and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time from your workspace settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
Intellectual property
You own your data. We own the Manage Deals software and brand. You grant us a limited licence to process your data to provide the service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manage Deals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will give at least 14 days notice of material changes by email.
